The Muskogee Medical Center Authority board of trustees took the following actions Tuesday:
• Approved minutes: regular meeting May 27.
• Approved financial statements for May 2008 from financial consultant Jim Blair.
• Heard an update on the Westside Expansion from Blair.
• Approved $4,214.83 in change orders for the Westside Expansion presented by Blair.
• Approved Westside Expansion contracts presented by Blair.
• Entered into executive session to discuss confidential matters involving outstanding litigation in accordance with Section 307.4 of the Open Meetings Act, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes.
• Emerged from executive session without taking any action.
• Adjournment.
