Jerry Efurd, USDA area director for rural development, will be guest speaker at a luncheon meeting of the Eastern Chapter of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Benjamin Wacoche Hall at Bacone College.
Efurd will discuss various programs offered by the USDA Rural Development division, including programs affecting rural housing, rural business and rural utilities.
Tickets are available at the door for $15.
