<font color = green>P.M. UPDATE:</font> Tourism director seeks 2009 event information

Muskogee Tourism Director Treasure Ruttman is seeking 2009 event information for the Muskogee area. The information will be used on the state calendar of events, the Muskogee community calendar and in the Muskogee 2009 Activities Guide. The deadline for receipt of the event information is March 28.

Events appropriate for these listings should be open to the public and should appeal to visitors and tourists. The tourism office needs the event name, date, location, a brief description, start time and hours of operation and any admission costs. Each event listing must also include a contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If applicable, list a Web site where more information would be available.

The event information should be e-mailed to Alisha Tanksley at the Muskogee Chamber of Commerce at Alisha@muskogeechamber.org. Information also may be called in to the Chamber at 682-2401.
