Former football coach and principal at Midway High School at Council Hill, Curtis Thomas Been, was charged Tuesday in Muskogee County District Court with nine felonies.
An arrest warrant was issued for Been, whose address is listed as rural Henyretta.
Been, 37, is charged with various counts of forcible sodomy, rape by instrumentation, lewd molestation, second-degree rape and lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16.
The alleged crimes involve two victims, said Muskogee County Assistant District Attorney Nikki Baker Dotson.
