A Porum man accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl faces two counts of lewd molestation in Muskogee County District Court.
Authorities allege Elijah L. Woods, 27, touched the girl in a lewd and lascivious manner and also performed oral sex. The alleged acts are said to have occurred between Feb. 1 and this past Friday.
Woods also was charged with a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor as a result of allegations that he helped her sneak out of her house without her parents’ permission.
According to court records, Woods was being held on a $150,000 bond in Muskogee County/City Detention Facility. He is scheduled to appear June 19 for a sounding docket, at which time a preliminary hearing date should be set.
