A Muskogee man accused of sexually molesting a 4-year-old relative was charged Friday in Muskogee County District Court with three counts of lewd molestation.
Robert J. Bowlin, 64, was identified as a suspect in the alleged molestation after the child told her parents that Bowlin was the source of inappropriate comments she had made. Court documents allege the molestation occurred between March 1 and March 10.
Bowlin was being held on a $150,000 bond Friday in Muskogee County/City Detention Facility.
Lewd molestation is punishable by imprisonment of three to 20 years.
