A Porum man was charged Friday in Muskogee County District Court with one count of forcible sodomy.
David Lee Rutkowski, 29, is accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl to perform oral sex by threatening to kill the child if she refused his demands. The acts allegedly occurred April 15 or 16.
Rutkowski was being held on a $100,000 bond Friday in the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility. The crime is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
