EUFAULA — Bert Vanorden, 44, of Checotah was charged Friday with two counts of lewd molestation and two counts of forcible sodomy in McIntosh County District Court.
Checotah Police Chief Terry Cossey confirmed the alleged victim is a 10-year-old boy. Vanorden is free on $100,000 bond. A pre-preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 11.
