A Muskogee man was charged Friday with drug and firearms counts and was ordered held on $100,000 bond.
Samuel Dawayne Allen, 35, was charged with trafficking in illegal drugs, possession of firearms after conviction or during probation and possession of a sawed-off shotgun/rifle.
Court documents state Allen knowingly possessed more than five grams of cocaine base and two guns — a .40-caliber handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun.
Allen, held at the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility, has a sounding docket scheduled for April 27. At that time a date will be set for a hearing in which testimony will be given.
