A former Warner firefighter charged in a series of alleged summer arsons waived his preliminary hearing Tuesday.
Tobey Hadley Jr., 19, was charged Oct. 19 with five counts of third-degree arson after being accused of setting grass fires.
Hadley’s attorney, Larry Vickers, said the hearing was waived as they’re “working with the Muskogee County District Attorney’s Office” on a case outcome.
Assistant District Attorney Tim King said specifics of a possible plea agreement had been given to Hadley and his attorney. The case is set for district court arraignment at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 14.
