A Hulbert man was jailed after an alleged drunken shooting spree at a Wagoner apartment, Wagoner Police Chief Terry Hornbuckle said Wednesday.
None of the four men at the Brighton Arms apartment were injured at the 10:18 p.m. Tuesday shooting, Hornbuckle said.
Cody Dean Marrs, 22, was arrested at another Wagoner apartment complex a little more than an hour after the shooting incident on complaints of:
• Possession of a firearm while under the influence.
• Aggravated assault with a firearm.
• Reckless conduct with a firearm.
Marrs had come to the apartment two hours before the shooting asking about some property of his he said was there, Hornbuckle said. He was told he had no property there but went back anyway, witnesses told police. That’s when he got mad and started shooting, the police chief said.
