OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Trustees approved Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) contracts to build or rehabilitate affordable housing. OHFA is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development designated state Participating Jurisdiction.
The following organizations received funding:
• Community Action Resource and Development Inc., received $200,000 to provide down payment assistance to 23 families in Wagoner, Mayes, Nowata, Rogers and Washington counties. It also received an administrative award of $8,000.
• Deep Fork Community Action Foundation received $220,000 to construct 20 new single-family homes in Muskogee, Wagoner and Creek counties.
• Deep Fork Community Action Foundation received $200,000 to provide down payment assistance to 20 families in McIntosh, Hughes, Okfuskee and Okmulgee counties. It also received an administrative award of $8,000.
