Veterans exposed to herbicides in Vietnam and other areas will have an easier path to access health care and qualify for disability pay under a final regulation published Tuesday by the Veterans Administration. The new rule expands the list of health problems the VA will presume to be related to Agent Orange and other herbicide exposures to add two new conditions. It will also expand another existing category of conditions. Information: (800) 827-1000 or www.va.gov.
