An AT&T spokeswoman said Tuesday afternoon there are five cell towers in a five-mile radius of Muskogee that are “down,” causing an interruption in service.
Those towers include one on North Cherokee Street and one at Fifth and Wall streets, the spokeswoman said.
AT&T is working on the towers, she said, but an estimate of how long it will be before service is restored was not given.
