A preliminary hearing for Dondray Fowler, charged with first-degree murder, begins Monday.
That day is Fowler’s 20th birthday.
The hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. in the second-floor courtroom of Special District Judge Robin Adair in Muskogee County District Court
Fowler is accused of killing Jerrod Reed, 17, of Muskogee on April 10. He also faces five counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, one for each of the five other people injured in the mall shooting.
