Rodney Allen Bias was charged Tuesday in Muskogee County District Court with first-degree robbery.
Bias was originally held as a material witness in the robbery and beating of Jim Baskins, 77. Baskins said he was robbed and beaten at his home on Jefferson Street on Dec. 3.
Robin Dane Hill, 20, and Markell Juanye Grass, 19, were arrested Dec. 4 and charged with first-degree robbery. Their bonds were set at $100,000 each. They will be back in court Dec. 20 for a sounding docket. At that time a date will be set for a preliminary hearing.
Bias also is being held on $100,000 bond. He will be back in court for a sounding docket Dec. 27.
