A Muskogee man was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary, attempted first-degree burglary and robbery by force or fear and ordered held on $100,000 bond.
Court documents state Darvin Eugene Brison, 48, entered a house on Saturday occupied by two people. Brison is charged with taking $17, lottery tickets and a cell phone from an occupant of the house.
Brison, who has 15 listed aliases, is held at the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility on $100,000 bond. He also has a $5,000 bond for a previously suspended felony for which the district attorney is asking he be sent to prison.
