Relatives of a man missing from Chickasha say he could be heading to the Muskogee/Fort Gibson area, where he lived up until about six months ago.
The family of Allen Byfield, 74, is asking for the public’s help in finding him.
Byfield has Alzheimer’s and is without his medication, according to a Silver Alert issued by the Grady County Sheriff’s Department.
Byfield is described as about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and about 230 pounds.
He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a gray ball cap, jeans and a long-sleeve flannel shirt.
He probably has a small, gray Yorkie dog with him. Byfield is driving a 2006 Dodge four-door pickup with a diamond-plate tool box in the back. The tag number is 819GZR, and his driver’s side tail light is out.
The Grady County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone who sees Byfield to call the department at (405) 224-0984 or their local law enforcement agency.
