OHP hunts Dunn escapee

— The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help to find a man who they say escaped Saturday from a prison in Taft.

A media release from the OHP stated that Dave O’Malley, 40, escaped from Jess Dunn Correctional Facility after 8:30 p.m. Saturday. O’Malley is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

The release states that O’Malley is considered dangerous. He has a criminal history of first-degree burglary and robbery, it said.

Anyone with information about O’Malley's whereabouts is asked to notify the OHP by dialing *55 on a mobile phone or by calling 911.
