WHAT: Muskogee County Board of Commissioners regular meeting.

WHEN: 9 a.m. Tuesday.

WHERE: Muskogee County Services Building, 400 W. Broadway.

AGENDA

Consider:

• Approval of claims, monthly reports and purchase orders.

• Resolution regarding the disposition of the following equipment: Two office chairs; two computer towers and keyboards; three printers, three handheld radios; six telephones and nine citizens’ band radios.

• Acceptance of the 2013 countywide Rural Economic Action Plan contract.

• Acceptance of the 2013 REAP contract for District 1.

• Convene a public hearing regarding the Close-Out Contract 13539 Community Development Block Grant 08 for the Wainwright Community Center Building.

• Accepting the Wainwright Community Building as complete.
