BREAKING NEWS: Police looking into embezzlement at Muskogee Public Schools

— Muskogee Police Department Lt. Bobby Lee said Wednesday morning investigators are looking into an embezzlement report at Muskogee Public Schools.

Lee said the report came in Jan. 11 regarding the possible embezzlement of “several thousands of dollars” by a former employee.  

No arrests have been made, and the former employee has not been named by police. Lee said the report will be forwarded to the Muskogee County District Attorney’s office upon completion.
