Janet Allen, Family and Consumer Science teacher, and eighth-grade students Jeriah Steward and Gracie Farley received the Hilldale Middle School Character First awards for generosity for December. Hilldale Middle School works to implement programs that build strong citizens through character education, leadership development, community involvement and promotes a climate of mutual respect. The Hilldale Middle School Student Council sponsors the Character First Program.
