Emergency responders survey the damage that resulted from a two-vehicle collision that occurred about 1:38 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Chandler Road. Muskogee Police Officer John Toles said the collision occurred when Charles Randolph of Muskogee turned left from the westbound lanes of Chandler Road and was struck by an eastbound car driven by Haliegh Wiley of Wagoner. Toles said Wiley’s daughter, Kandence Wiley, was transported to Eastar Health System, where she was treated for injuries. Her condition was unavailable Thursday afternoon.
