Muskogee Public Schools will honor students Feb. 16 who have been recognized as a Student of Character or Student of the Month during the months of November, December and January, in the 2009-2010 school year. Virtues were: November, Initiative; December, Self-control; and January, Punctuality.
The ceremony will take place during halftime of the Lady Roughers vs. Jenks basketball game. The game is scheduled to start at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Students being honored have been provided a ticket for free admission, as well as one additional ticket for an accompanying adult. Information: Contact the Character Club Sponsor at your child's school.
