Whitlock award given to Okay High senior

— Kaitlin Swindler, the daughter of Nick and Lindy Hall, is this year’s recipient of Okay High School’s Jerry Whitlock Most Enterprising Student Award, which includes  a check for $3,000. The money comes from Whitlock, an Okay graduate who owns Whitlock Packaging.

The senior class and the high school teachers vote on the award. The winner’s name is kept secret until the award is presented at graduation.
