The Canadian District of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma will meet on at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Ataloa Lodge at Bacone College.
“There were new guidelines for rental assistance passed at the February UKB tribal council meeting,” Eddie Sacks, Canadian District representative, said in a media release. “We will have a UKB Housing staff member at the meeting to explain the new policy, along with information on the housing rehabilitation and home ownership programs.”
