Two people were arrested on drug complaints Monday at a local motel when police found an active drug lab, said Deputy Joe Hughart, Muskogee County Sheriff’s Department spokesman.
Floyd Jameson, 34, and Lorraine Thomas, 41, were booked into the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility on complaints of endeavoring to manufacture, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hughart said the arrests took place at approximately 4 p.m. at the Sooner Motel, 335 N. 32nd St., Room 136. The Muskogee County Drug Task Force received information that there was a drug lab there. After getting consent to search, officers found an active lab in the room that contained meth. They also found evidence of a previous lab in a trash container outside
