• Discuss evaluation forms and process for district administrators and superintendent.
• Report on filing for February school board election.
• Consider architectural services for 2013 bond issue.
• Consider out of state trip for emergency management staff to attend conference in San Antonio in January.
• Consider staff resignations, leave sharing requests or other personnel issues.
• Consider surplus and disposal of outdated computer equipment, overhead projectors and various storage items.
