A Muskogee woman was charged Thursday for allegedly phoning in two bomb threats this week.
Jessica Dugger, 28, was charged with two counts of making a telephone bomb threat, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer. Dugger allegedly called the Muskogee County District Attorney’s Office on Monday and said her husband was coming to the courthouse to blow up the building. Authorities allege she then phoned in another threat Wednesday, this time to the police department, stating a bomb would go off at 5 p.m. Thursday.
Court documents state Dugger resisted and kicked Muskogee Police Office Ken Hughey on Wednesday while Dugger was being arrested.
Dugger was ordered held without bond, and will return to court at 10 a.m. Feb. 21 for a sounding docket to determine a date for her preliminary hearing.
