Tahlequah Police Department spokesman Brad Robertson said an arrest has been made in the death of Randy Crowe.
Crowe was found bleeding in a Tahlequah alley Dec. 18. He died less than a week later.
Robertson said a man named Kevin Lowe was jailed early Wednesday on a manslaughter complaint and booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center.
