P.M. UPDATE: Benefit dinner and auction set for Saturday

— A bean dinner and auction benefitting Michael and Melba Carter will be held from 4:30-7:30 Saturday at the Odd Fellows Lodge just south of Wagoner on Oklahoma 16.

Tickets are $5 and dinner will include beans, cornbread, cole slaw and dessert.

The Carters recently lost their home to fire and had no insurance.
