A consultant’s top branding choice for Muskogee has not been presented to or approved by the Chamber of Commerce board, said the chamber’s chief executive.
Greater Muskogee Area Chamber of Commerce President and Chief Executive Officer Treasure McKenzie said “Warrior City” won’t be presented to the board until February.
It is not the only idea that has been discussed, McKenzie said. “While Roger Brooks’ top brand choice is honoring veterans packaged as a Warrior City theme, it is one of several great brand ideas that we’ve been discussing,” she said. “Whichever brand we choose will take a considerable amount of commitment, effort and funds to achieve and so will be considered carefully before a final decision is made.”
