STIGLER — A former Kinta man faces a first-degree murder charge in the 1987 shooting death of Haskell County commissioner, state law enforcement announced Monday.
Clifford W. Eagle turned himself in to police in Billings, Mont. Eagle is accused of killing Leo Boyd Reasoner, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation announced at a news conference Monday.
A governor’s warrant has been issued, and Eagle is expected to be extradited to Haskell County Jail to face charges.
