CONSENT AGENDA
• Approval of a Resolution amending Schedule of Fees and Charges, as they relate to activities at the Swim and Fitness Center.
• Approval of a one-year cooperative agreement between the city of Muskogee and the Friends of Oklahoma Music Inc., for the operation of the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in the amount of $15,000 and amended lease agreement to extend the term of the agreement to 2022.
• Approval of a memorandum of agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and the city of Muskogee for acceptance and remediation of local armory at 661 E. Davis Field Road.
• Approval of purchase of .40-caliber and .223-caliber practice ammunition from BVAC Inc., in the amount of $14,399.30 and approve purchase of .40-caliber and .223-caliber duty ammunition from H & H Range in the amount of $8,598. The total amount to purchase ammunition would be $22,997.30.
• Approval of a professional services agreement with Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison & Lewis, Janet S. Dumont or Linda Van Arkel-Greubel, attorney, to provide representation for the city of Muskogee, including but not limited to employee benefits, human resources and Internal Revenue Service matters, and authorize the mayor and city clerk to execute the agreement.
• Approval of a resolution declaring the necessity for acquiring sewer easements to facilitate Phase III of the installation and replacement of the Coody Creek Outfall Main.
• Approval of a resolution declaring the necessity for acquiring water main easements.
• Approval of a resolution declaring the property located between South Second Street and South Main Street and West South Side Boulevard and Kalamazoo Street, as surplus property and authorize the sale of the property to Christine King in the amount of $163.
• Approval of an amendment to the agreement for services for the Coody Creek Phase III project between the city of Muskogee and Holloway, Updike and Bellen Inc.
• Approval of a one-year cooperative agreement with Muskogee County Public Transit Authority in the amount of $169,258 to provide fixed route and curbside bus services.
REGULAR AGENDA
• Hold a public hearing to discuss the Community Development Block Grant application documents, Citizen Participation Plan, Residential Anti-Displacement Plan, applicant resolution, and leverage resolution committing up to $104,066.
• Consider approval of a one-year lease agreement and a one-year agreement of support with the Muskogee State Fair Authority.
• Consider approval of the Port Authority Economic Development Budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2012.
• Receive report for past year activities in accordance with the agreement and budget request and consider approval of renewing contract with Downtown Muskogee Inc.
RECOGNIZE CITIZENS WISHING TO SPEAK TO MAYOR AND COUNCIL
Consider an executive session to discuss and take possible action on the following:
• Discuss negotiations with the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #95, and if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
• Discuss negotiations with the International Association of Fire Fighters Local #57, and if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
• Discuss negotiations with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local #2465, and if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
