• Consider extending the agreement with Lisa Raasch to serve as Community Wellness Program Coordinator for the City of Muskogee Wellness Initiative Coalition.
• Consider approval of an ordinance amending the City of Muskogee Code of Ordinances, concerning smoking in public places, and possession of lighted tobacco on certain places.

• Approval of an ordinance repealing Section 14-131, dog license fee, registration and tag generally.
• Approval to enter into an agreement with Suddenlink Communications to provide network connectivity for all city facilities, replacing the existing high-frequency radio network at a rate of $5,749.25 per month.
• Agreement with Suddenlink Communications to provide internet services to the city of Muskogee for $700 per month.
