  • The pet of the week at PAWS is Shannon, a German shepherd. Shannon is very sweet, is house broken and good on a leash. She has been spayed, had her shots and has been wormed. She also has been given a 6 months heartworm preventive shot. She is about 3 years old. Prospective owners must have fenced back yard to adopt a dog. Cats have been FIV tested negative and have been spayed or neutered and had all their shots and have been wormed. Cats must be inside only. To see Shannon and other dogs and cats ready for adoption, visit PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare Society, Inc.) at 4321 E.
