BREAKING NEWS: Case dismissed against man charged with causing girlfriend's miscarriage

A criminal case against a Muskogee man charged with beating his pregnant girlfriend and causing a miscarriage was dismissed Wednesday morning.

Ricky Ray Gaffney II, 33, had also been charged with obstructing an officer.
