Muskogee police officers arrested a man in connection to the shooting of Tracy Ledon Guess.
Calvin Lewis Jr., 26, was arrested on complaints of possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony, Muskogee Police Department Cpl. Pedro Zardeneta said.
Guess was shot in the back of the head early Saturday after an altercation at 649 N. 13th St.
