• Approval of final payment in the amount of $260 to Holloway Updike & Bellen for engineering services in connection with Civitan Park drainage improvements.
• Approval of final payment in the amount of $55,685 to Federal Signal Corp. for warning siren system improvements.
• Acceptance of $122,145 grant from the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission for taxiway improvements at Davis Field.
• Approval of a resolution declaring 14 parcels of real estate between Wewoka and Tamaroa streets and Warrior and 11th streets as surplus to the needs of the city and authorizing the sale of those parcels to Muskogee Housing Authority.
• Approval of a resolution declaring property located on “O” Street between Broadway and Callahan Street as surplus to the needs of the city and authorizing the sale of said property to Michael D. Dannatt and Alicia G. Skaggs.
• Approval of an agreement between the City of Muskogee and Show It Off L.L.C. for the operation of a family play center in the Batter’s Box hangar at Love-Hatbox Sports Complex.
• Approval and receipt of funds donated in August to the city’s Animal Shelter Sponsorship Program.
