Muskogee County burn ban continues

— Muskogee County remains under a modified burn ban.

It is unlawful to build a campfire or bonfire, or to burn trash or other material or otherwise cause a forest, grass, range, crop or other wildlands fire, according to Oklahoma law.

Violations are punishable by fines up to $500 and imprisonment for up to a year in the county jail.
