• Approval of purchased services contract between the Muskogee County Health Department and Skyline Planning+Design.

• Approval of proposal for direct deposits of Muskogee County employee payroll.

• Discussion and possible action regarding the proposed relocation of the Muskogee County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
