A Muskogee County/City Detention Facility inmate was charged with aggravated assault and battery for the June beating of another inmate.
Michael Ray Cade, 45, is alleged to have beaten Tommy Duncan, 34, breaking Duncan’s arm and bones in Duncan’s face.
The alleged assault happened June 5.
Cade is being held on $25,000 bond on the aggravated assault and battery charge.
