THE PEOPLE SPEAK: Lunatic pot laws result of drug myths

Sending someone to prison for 93 years or even 20 years for a “marijuana crime” shows the delusions Oklahoma operates under.

The real question is why any sane people want to punish a man because of absurd racist fictions:

“Marihuana influences Negroes to look at white people in the eye, step on white men’s shadows and look at a white woman twice.”

Obviously the people of Oklahoma are exceedingly stupid to uphold such lies.

William Joseph Foster’s punishment  because of lunatic marijuana laws should end.
