I read two papers every day and never fail to read the letters to the editor in our local paper.
One recent letter was from a lady about being ripped off by two persons who told her they were Christians to prove they were capable persons to do the repairs she needed and receive a sum of money to purchase material.
No Christians I know in that type of work would need money for materials before the work could start. Next time lady, ask, “Mister, what is a Christian?”
If he stumbles on, then say, “Just for reference, tell me what Christian group are you a part of?”
No, lady, a real Christian would not cheat you and any man who would do that puts a bad mark on Christianity that many of us claim as a part of our life.
