Regarding the March 4 letter “Gruber use doesn’t justify GMA takeover,” Joan Morrison, you have the right to your opinion and the right to express it in the daily newspaper.
This right comes at a high price that our troops and their families have paid.
I was upset with your paragraph that called some of those training at Camp Gruber as “weekend warriors.” Many of these men and women have been deployed and some have not returned.
God bless these men and women and their families. By the way, I have a grandson in Afghanistan. He is a Marine. I thank our troops daily.
