THE PEOPLE SPEAK – Democrats can get us out of this mess

It’s time the truth came out. Our current financial problems are totally the result of failed Republican policies.

First, Bush cut taxes and put two wars on credit, leaving us $16 trillion in debt. He cut financial regulations, causing the real estate bubble and subsequent crash putting the world in recession. Adding to this, the irresponsibility of the Grover Norquist cult and tea partiers have only prolonged our misery.

Let’s put the blame where it belongs. I’m voting straight Democratic. The Republicans caused this mess, only the Democrats can get us out.
