STILLWATER — Oklahoma State women’s basketball player Jordan Schultz is leaving the Cowgirls.
The university announced Wednesday that the sophomore guard had left the team, citing personal reasons.
Coach Jim Littell played Schultz in all seven games this season. Littell said he is disappointed Schultz is leaving but said he understands it is in her best interest to do so.
Schultz said she’s grateful for the opportunity to play for the Cowgirls but said she needs to be with her family.
Schultz is a Claremore native.
