The Princess Lives Here

Duncan home designed with their daughter in mind

Look around the Christi and Rob Duncan house and you wonder if Disney hasn’t planted a Magic Kingdom right in the middle of the Grandview VII neighborhood.



A sunny office at the front of the house has the Walt Disney World map Rob got when he was a kid. In the living room hangs “The Duncan Family Guide to the Magic Kingdom,” a map which shows all the rides and attractions the family liked best. A glass chest in the living room holds mementos from Disney World visits. The family hung their daughter Rian’s Disney stock certificate in the hall leading to her bedroom.
