Todd and Carla Lacey home: De luxe francais

Todd and Carla Lacey concocted a country French atmosphere in the middle of Green Country.

Todd Lacey has built houses for other people and for his family. She designed their present home — he built it. Lacey is hoping they’ll grow old in it. The four-bedroom showpiece is in a rural atmosphere, complete with a horse barn, but within five minutes of the main intersection of Wagoner.
