Creek Nation to host talent search

Creek Nation Casino’s Talent Search is back and giving out a total of $8,000 in cash prizes. Qualifying rounds are at 7 p.m. Nov. 5, 12 and 19 at the casino, 3420 W. Peak Blvd.

More than 100 contestants participated in the last talent contest in March. Registration began Monday and continues through at 6 p.m. Nov. 19.

The top five contestants during the qualifying rounds each week will win $500, first; $200, second; $125, third; $100, fourth; and $75, fifth. The final round of prizes on Dec. 3 will be $2,500, first; $1,000, second; $750, third; $500, fourth; and $250, fifth. Contestants must be 21 years of age and older. Creek Nation Casino reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any contestant. Each act will have a maximum five minutes for set up and the performance must be no longer than five minutes.
